Things To Do In Bangkok #i-TravelWorld

Whether you visit Bangkok for business or pleasure there are certain things you must experience to make your trip complete. Bangkok is all about having a good time.

Bangkok is one of the hottest tourist destinations in the world. It is known as one of the best cities to enjoy holidays. Bangkok definitely lives up to its popularity; you will certainly not be disappointed when you visit the city. If you are on a business trip take some time out from your schedule to try some of the things that are a must do.

Below are a few ideas of what you can do in Bangkok.

The first thing you need to do is cruise the Chao Praya River by hopping on a river taxi. This is a great way to see Bangkok, as you shuttle up and down the river. Sit back and take in the amazing sights, sounds and smells of the city. Make sure that you are quick as the boats only stop to allow passengers to hop in and out.

Next, you must visit the weekend markets at Chatuchak/Jatujak. You will find great things to buy including components, garments as well as jewelry. This is also a great place to buy some Thai souvenirs for your loved ones back home.

You must not miss visiting the Grand Palace which is also the previous royal home with spectacular gilded structures and temples. You may also find the Emerald Buddha in the Wat Phra Kaew temple. There are still many royal rituals and ceremonies conducted by the King of Thailand. Though the royal family does not reside there anymore.

After all this site seeing, you can give yourself some time to relax and go for a full body Thai massage and you will not regret it under any circumstances. This is a great way to de-stress your body. If you have been walking the whole day, then maybe choose a foot massage and give your feet some well-deserved pampering.

If you have enough time cruise down the floating industry. It is a little far from Bangkok, about 80- kms away. You will be spellbound by this amazing cultural experience when you float through a huge selection of vendors as they have their wares set up on the market alongside the river. If you love bargaining, this is the place for you.

When you are in Bangkok you must not miss the mouthwatering Thai food. The eateries in the city are amazing. There is a lot that you can choose from. If you have booked you stay at one of the best luxury & boutique hotels in Bangkok, you may eat at the restaurant of the hotel, and you will surely not be disappointed.

You can also take a short trip to the Samutprakarn Crocodile farm and Zoo. It is an internationally renowned crocodile farm in Thailand. The park claims that it has the world's largest crocodile named Yai which measures six meters and weighs 2,465 pounds. The farm has over 100,000 crocodiles. You will also get to see crocodile shows which are very popular.

If you want to find the best hotel deals in Bangkok, then why not try booking your stay well in advance to take advantage of early bird rates. Don't forget to see if there are any multi day packages, otherwise you will not have a chance to see all the wonderful attractions in this amazing city.
